At More Than A Teacher we believe students need more than just smart teachers to tell them what to do.
That’s why we hire the best tutors, teachers, and administrative staff that Austin has to offer. Our staff is knowledgeable, caring, and enthusiastic about helping students improve.

Paul is still a full time school teacher as his “day job”. He is also a dedicated husband and father of four (if you don’t count his labradoodle or all of his students and staff). Be sure to say hi the next time you see Paul when you stop by our Westlake office.

Watching a student light up when they solve a problem that they were certain they couldn’t do is the best part of working at MTAT. In his free time, Jon should definitely be writing his dissertation, but if he’s not doing that, he’s probably playing video games or board games with his friends.

When she isn’t teaching classes throughout the Austin area, she loves to get away to the coast and get lost in a book or host a campout with friends and family.
